Kendall and Jeremy and crew took the time to make our backyard vision a realty. Work was completed on time, within the budget and even allowed a few changes along the way. Overall a great experience, highly recommend.

We began the process of adding a small patio in our front yard. Ultimately we decided to expand our vision to an additional driveway and side yard patio. Joey Oropeza came out to see our vision and helped to finalize our plans. He provided his written estimate before he left. We had four companies come out and provided estimates. We required each company to provide us references to review. We chose Citiscapes, LLC not because they were the lowest bidder (they weren’t) but because of the quality of their work. We inspected properties where they had completed recent work. That sold us. There were a couple supplier hiccups but nothing serious. The team assigned to our project were professional and efficient. Thank you Citiscapes.

I am pleased with my experience with Citiscapes installing pavers in my backyard. I found the owner to be honest and eager to not only earn my business but to succeed in getting it right. Citiscapes was patient as my backyard project was delayed due to my pool installation (unrelated to them), and forthcoming as pricing changed due to these delays. We even added a change order at the last minute, which they could have viewed as a pain but accepted and worked around graciously. Once the work got started, the on-site foreman was communicative and collaborative, encouraging my review at various stages of the three-day effort. I would without hesitation use Citiscapes again on a future project.

I contacted Citiscapes because I knew I had a leak in my front yard irrigation system. They had someone out to me very quickly to work on the issue, which turned into a bigger issue than originally identified...which I kind of figured would be the case considering the system is about 24 years old now. Instead of just continuing to patch all the leaks which would have really run up a tab, Jared immediately gave me a quote for a completely new system, which was VERY reasonably priced. He had me on the schedule within a week and they got the work done quickly and beautifully. My tree and bushes are now very happy, as is my water bill, with the new system. Everyone at Citiscapes is friendly, professional and ensures you feel heard and cared for. Definitely recommend them!! In the next couple of years I plan to redo my backyard too, and they will be the first company I call!

Update 08-23-24 - The ferns that died were removed and replaced. Amanda, Stephanie and Jeremy's did a great job communicating every step of the way. Thank you Citiscapes for taking care of this. Update 08-04-24 - several of the plants have died and need to be replaced that gave a one year warranty, now nobody wants to reply. Texted Kendall, no response. Emailed the company about this and nothing. Just left a voicemail. I’ll update this review once this is resolved. Hoping to get this fixed. Kendall and Citiscapes were a delight to work with. We had work done and got other quotes from other companies but they provided the best design and materials for our front yard. They also took 3d images of the project and submitted the design to our HOA to get it approved. Highly recommended.

CitiScape provided excellent installation and more than efficient and exceptional repairs. When a major gust of wind damaged the two sails anchored Brayan came within 48 hours. He reattached the anchors and provided additional protection against strong winds. I would recommend CitiScape to any company or residential property. Thank you. Our backyard was nothing but dirt, weeds, and dog crap for years. I was so embarrassed by it. In fact, I tried to avoid going outside so I wouldn't have to look at it. I really wanted a Gazebo and a small shed, but we needed to get concrete slabs first. So I got some quotes for extending the patio and add room for a shed, and to put in a large 12x12 slab for my Gazebo. I was hesitant to reach out to Citiscapes because the job was so small and I was afraid they would be out of my price range. But their reviews were all great, which made me feel more comfortable about going with them over a smaller company. Joey totally understood my vision. He never made me feel like the job was "too small" and I was actually quite surprised that his quote was in line with what I had budgeted. He even priced out things that I wanted to get done in the future. I was so impressed with their work and Joey's professionalism, I reached out to them again for "phase 2" which involved more concrete, installing irrigation, outdoor tile, and a retaining wall for my plants. Again, it was right on budget! I now have the backyard of my dreams and plan to use Citiscapes again when we are ready to do the front yard. You can see the before and after photos below.

Our experience with CitiScapes was absolutely incredible from start to finish. It started with Sean, the sales representative they sent out. When he asked what I wanted done, I honestly told him I didn’t know I just knew I hated my front yard. Instead of trying to sell me something generic, Sean said he would rather create a vision for the space, and that immediately stood out to me. I had four estimates scheduled, but Turf Luxe Hardscape never even showed up or called. After meeting with Sean, we already knew CitiScapes was the company we wanted to work with. He did everything exactly as promised our estimate was delivered on time and he even had everything fully prepared for our HOA approval, which made the process incredibly easy. Once the HOA approved the project, the job was scheduled within days. The entire yard transformation took about a week, and the results are amazing. Jeremy, the project manager, made sure everything was done right and that we were completely satisfied with the finished project. The communication and attention to detail from the entire team were outstanding. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. We have received so many compliments from our neighbors about how great the yard looks. We will absolutely be using CitiScapes again when we’re ready to do our backyard, and I can’t wait to get that project started.

We recently had a new patio added to the backyard as well as stone and large flagstone for around our firepit area. Joey came out and helped with our design planning. He was to say the least very patient, knowledgeable and always checking in when our project was being built. Jeremy also was a big help with the concrete area another knowledgeable and informative person. Both crews were hard working and polite. Always cleaned up after the job was done. I would most definitely recommend CitiScapes to anyone looking for great prices and a competent company.😊

We made an appointment with Citiscapes at the Home Show to add additional rock in our front and backyard. Kendall (owner) came within a week of talking to them at the Home Show. He listened to what we wanted to do, offering to look at other things that were not in the original scope of work. The following week the crew showed up on time and ready to work, even in the rain. Jeremy was the superintendent, with a two man crew, repeated what we had discussed with Kendall and went to work. The crew was very thorough, paid attention to details, ensuring that the area was clean when they were done. We certainly recommend Citiscapes and will use them again when we need other outdoor work.

Met them at a home and garden show. Came out to do an estimate quickly and got the work done in one day. We were finished way sooner than we thought was possible. We did pavers and turf.

Tyler and the crew did a great job of refurbishing our back yard space. The removed a sunken hot tub, regraded, added paver and fresh topsoil to about 500 sf of planters. They completed the work within a week and the price was very fair.

We had Citiscapes do our backyards and redue our watering system. Very pleased with the over all design and the professionalism of the staff. Had a few hiccups but we addressed them with Kendal and was so happy with the open communication. We have added pictures. My husband wanted a garden and he is very pleased with it as now we have veggies growing like crazy.

Met with Kendal and liked him right away. So professional and knowledgeable. I told him that I didn't know what I wanted but showed him the area and he designed it perfectly for me. Great Job.

I had a brick planter built and I had 9tons of landscape rock delivered. All went great.

Did what was contracted for; were on time for the bid visit and on time for the work day visit. Crew was responsible and did of good job of cleaning the site up at completion. Looked great when they finished.

After several contacts or attempted contacts with similar businesses in our area, we suffered through the usual results from our attempts. No return calls, missed appointments and if anyone showed up to give us estimates, sometimes the estimates never arrived, in spite of our continued efforts to obtain there. None of this was true here. The company rep showed up when he was supposed to, gave us advice about what may work for us, and agreed to hire them immediately. When it came time for the cement covering to be applied, it was done extremely well by a very courteous and friendly staff. We had asked for a stamped border surrounding the job, and they did that very well, and even applied the appropriate color using small brushed….while on their knee’s applying it. My wife and I had approximately 2,000 square feet done by them, and I would give this company the highest rating possible, in ALL categories. Reg and Sue Boucher, Sun Lakes, AZ.

We just finished a fairly substantial re-model of our front and rear side yard. We're not new to this process. Over the years we have had the opportunity to work with several landscapers. From the bid to the final draw, these guys were perfect. No upselling during the bid meeting. They provided the HOA approval documents. The crew showed up on time day one and worked every day but Sunday until they finished. We knew what we wanted and they delivered. They were great.

CitiScapes demolished an old damaged concrete pad and replaced it with a beautiful new much better concrete surface for a Basketball Court for our grandchildren to enjoy. They were very professional, very clean and very reasonable. I would highly recommend CitiScapes for your yard upgrades.

We went with a company that did hardscape before we hired Citiscapes to do the softscape. Long story short, it took the first company almost 6 months, with repeated repairs and fixes to do an adequate. We were hesitant to hire Citiscape because of the bad taste left in our mouths by the previous company, but we did. Glad we did. It was night and day. We dealt with professional people, hard and diligent workers, the adjusted as things came up, a fair price and overall a pleasant experience and with great results. The misters, have made laying out a breeze. The entrance to our house is showcase worthy. The plants were all big and healthy. The lighting added the ambience that we were looking for. If you see a company with Pavers in its name, run away as fast as you can, and seek out Citiscapes. We hired City Scapes to remove our old wooden Pergola. They added missing travertine, fixed the landscaping lights and installed a new Pergola with a fan and lights. Jeremy was the supervisor on the project and he was very easy to work with. They paid attention to detail and we are very pleased with the end results. The team at Citiscapes, were great. They understood the scope of work and completed it on time without a hitch. We wanted to add onto the back of our pool a grass area around pool for our dogs to be able to run all around the pool chasing each other and yes, more exercise for them. When I had the pool 2022 installed it took our past pool company 15 months to complete, this year they went bankrupt, and we no longer have a warrantee. I will be calling Citiscapes for our next pool installation.

We recently had the pleasure of doing business with the people at Citiscapes. We were on a tighter budget and Sean, our designer, was quite respectful of that fact. Ultimately, we did go over budget but Kendall presented the facts, the "what is" and the "what could be", and over budget was our choice. No pressure, just facts. We watched quite a bit of the hardscape installation and came to regard the workers not as "tile guys" but as craftsmen. They were attentive to detail and created tight joints in the travertine with beautiful lines, curved and straight. It is tedious, heavy, and hard work, and they rose to the demands of a job well done with confidence. We would definitely ask Citiscapes back in the future, no question.

I called Citiscapes to do a relatively small job to re-install some patio pavers I had to remove for ditching and to install a relatively small amount of 1/2" brown gravel. Joey came out promptly to discuss my project. He was polite, patient, listened to what I had to say and provided some input to enhance the look of the installation. As his team had finished another job a day early, Citiscapes was able to do my project the day after I signed the agreement! The work was done professionally and the results look great!
